A collection of 82 poems, Has Naught is first and foremost about finding that there’s nothing left—nothing left to give, nothing left to be taken from you, nothing left of yourself, nothing left of who you once were, nothing left of who you hoped to me. Importantly, it’s about wastelands born from fertile crescents. It’s an end with no beginning to follow. There’s no innocence left. Together, this poetry is the flow of emptiness that antecedes a drain’s final gurgle.
